We are looking for a reliable, friendly and safety‑conscious Casual Minibus Driver to join our secondary school team. This role involves transporting students to a range of school activities, including sports fixtures, educational visits, and local trips.  

Note: you must be able to attend some minibus training on Wednesday 25th February 2025. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Safely transport students and staff to and from school events 

• Ensure all journeys comply with school safeguarding and health & safety procedures 

• Carry out basic vehicle checks before and after trips 

• Assist staff with supervising student behaviour during travel 

• Represent the school with professionalism at all times 

Requirements 

• Full, clean UK driving licence (D1 entitlement essential) 

• Experience driving minibuses or larger vehicles is desirable 

• A friendly, calm and responsible attitude 

• Good communication skills and the ability to work flexibly 

• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
